Applied Practice
Like any element of performance, mental skills and mental regulation are key to consistent and successful performance in sports and life.I work with performers systemically, not only to facilitate their use of mental skills to navigate the mental demands of performance, but also to create and support an optimal environment that enhances their overall well-being and success.By working collaboratively from a person-first approach, I focus holistically on both performance and well-being, ensuring that each performer reaches their full potential.
